MiaRec is a software application for recording and monitoring calls in any of Voip protocols (H.323, SIP, MGCP, Cisco SCCP).
MiaRec can be efficiently used for recording calls, such as:
- Agents' calls in call-centers;
- Tech support calls;
- 911 emergency calls;
- Important meetings, conferences and interviews calls;
- Unwanted or harassing calls;
- Misuse - after-hours international calls;
- Calls received or made by targeted employee.
MiaRec can be used for recording many simultaneous calls as well as only one call at the time.
We offer two versions of our calls recording solution: Business and Solo.
For workgroup we offer high-quality 24/7 recording solution - MiaRec Business.
MiaRec Business centrally records all your company's calls and stores them on one computer (server). 
MiaRec Solo is used for recording one call at the time or up to 5 concurrent calls.
