What branding options do you provide?

Branded softphone will be built with:

  • your own logo image on the top of window
  • your own title of application
  • any of available skins (click here to see all skins)
  • integration with billing system (optional) for displaying remaining balance info.
  • ability to change most of SIP settings, like codecs order, SIP ports etc.

Anything from above you can change by yourself after purchasing. We provide a Brand Builder Tool, which will allow you to change logo, skin and other settings. We provide also a skin editor, which can be used for creating new skins.

So, you can prepare multiple versions of softphone with different skins and logos for your resellers.

Can I change my SIP server address?

No. Your SIP server address (IP or DNS) will be hardcoded into the program. So, the softphone can be used only with your server.

If you are planning to move the server to another location (ip-address will change), you should give us DNS name of your server. In this case, you will need to change only DNS record of your domain.

 

Is there a limitation on how many PCs to install the softphone?

No, the softphone can be installed on unlimited number of PCs.
